By accessing or using Panby, you agree to these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must meet the minimum age required in your country to create an account. You are responsible for accurate account information, protecting your credentials, and activity under your account.

3. What Panby provides

Panby offers tools for meal planning, recipe suggestions, grocery-list organization, budget estimates, meal-photo analysis, and estimated nutrition tracking. Features may change as the service develops.

4. Important health notice

Panby provides general informational estimates only. It is not a medical, dietary, or healthcare service. Recipe, allergen, calorie, and macro information may be incomplete or inaccurate. Verify ingredients and consult a qualified professional for medical or nutrition decisions.

5. Prices and availability

Grocery prices, availability, promotions, taxes, and package sizes vary by store and location. All costs shown in Panby are estimates and are not offers or guarantees from a retailer.

6. Subscriptions

If paid features are offered, the price, billing period, renewal terms, and available trial will be shown before purchase. App Store purchases are also subject to Apple’s payment and cancellation terms.

7. Acceptable use

Do not misuse Panby, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorized access, upload unlawful content, reverse engineer protected parts of the service, or use the service in a way that harms others.

8. Intellectual property

Panby, its software, branding, and original content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. These terms grant a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the service.

9. Availability and liability

We work to keep Panby useful and available, but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Panby is provided “as is” and liability is limited as applicable law permits.

10. Ending use and contact
